DAMAC’s hot aisle containment solutions isolate hot aisles with vertical panels to provide significant reductions in energy costs. In addition, DAMACs Modular design promotes quick assembly and deployment in your data center. With hot-aisle containment, a physical barrier is constructed to prevent hot and cold air mixing and to direct exhaust airflow into the AC return.
The goal of hot-aisle containment is to trap exhaust air at its hottest point and provide it with a direct path into the AC return. Utilizing hot-aisle containment reduces energy costs by improving cooling efficiency. It also increases the cooling capacity of CRAC units, which is measured as the ratio of the difference between supply and return air temperatures
Utilize DAMAC hot aisle containment to isolate the hot aisle with vertical panels. This solution directs hot exhaust air produced by the equipment into the hot air return or into a drop-down ceiling grid. The system includes user specified vertical panels, cabinet brackets and end-of-row door kits
