Facilities (U.S.)
Maysteel's Allenton facility is located approximately
one hour north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.This 230,000-square foot facility
was built in 1975 and is the home of our Tech Center, which was established
in 1994. This facility provides concurrent engineering, product development
and rapid prototyping with state-of-the-art metal joining techniques,
demand flow manufacturing and high-level assembly capabilities with
full EDI support for our contract customers. |
Our Creedmoor facility is 160,000 square feet, opened in September 2009, and produces medium to large form factor enclosure products. The facility is located about 45 minutes north of Raleigh. The facility has a metal fabrication line, conveyorized paint line, and performs electrical & rain testing. |
The Menomonee
Falls plant,
built in 1985, is 160,000 square feet. This facility provides precision sheet metal enclosures and assemblies, on a contract basis, to a variety of industries as well as manufacturing our proprietary electric power products. The facility contains a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind powder coat paint operation and also serves as Maysteel's Corporate Headquarters. |
The Electric Power Products (Menomonee Falls) is 20,000 square feet. This facility produces components and engineered systems for high quality, medium-voltage power distribution applications. Major product lines include pole-mount, and pad-mount power factor correction capacitor banks, lighting relays, and both vacuum and oil capacitor switches. |
Maysteel's Racine facility is located approximately twenty miles south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This 40,000-square foot facility was opened in 2009 and specializes in state-of-the-art metal joining fabrication, as well as high-level assembly, integration, and test of finished product. Much of the product shipped from this facility is direct order fulfillment to support banking and gaming markets. |
